Comfortable out of the box

Recently bought 2 pairs of the Grizzly, slip-on and original. Original fit true to size, I exchanged the slip-on for a 1/2 size smaller for a better fit with no heal slip. Exchange process was no charge and simple. Wore the original pair for a trip out of town, very comfortable right out of the box. Only issue was the insole top layer started to peal at heel, a quick call to customer service and I recevied new insoles. So far the shoes are comfortable and the customer service is awesome.
