Is the 2-Year-Warranty still valid?

Yes! All Warehouse Sale products are covered by our standard 2-Year Warranty for functional defects (think stitching failures, sole separation, etc.). Cosmetic flaws are not covered.

Are these shoes new or worn?

It’s a mix. Some are brand new but slightly imperfect from shipping or manufacturing. Others are gently worn returns that meet our standards for resale. All pairs are inspected, cleaned, and approved before going out the door.

What kind of imperfections should I expect?

Defects may include things like:
• Creases in the leather
• Small scuffs or marks
• Slight discoloration
• Minor inconsistencies in finish

These are all purely cosmetic and typical of what you’d see after a few wears. Every pair is still built to last—and feel great doing it.

How long does standard shipping take?

The only shoes I’ve found more comfortable than my Eccos. No break-in required. These shoee can accommodate orthotic insoles.

I have a hammertoe in my right foot and it rubs a bit but that happens with all shoes.

I’d get more shoes from this company.

just got my Chelsea boots...one thing you absolutely need to include is a shoehorn since there is no pullup tab in the back like the other Chelsea boots I own. They are impossible to put on without a shoehorn...other than that I they look and feel good. BTW this is my second pair of Amberjacks, I own the black pair of Onyx shoes.

Chelsea Width Is A Bit Tight...

Excellent service,leading up to my delivery. The delivery was quick and no issues there. Definitely well made, and I like the look. One issue is that I have a pretty narrow foot, and yet this boot feels tight and like I should have ordered a wide instead of the regular. "Really Narrorw" I hope I can work through it, I do use lighter socks so perhaps these Chelsea's will break in and not feel so tight. I'm sticking with them. I am going to buy their original shoes, and compare. I bought these boots because of plantar fasciitis, and I will say the arch support absolutely helped mitigate that pain! Dropping one star for being a bit smaller than my true size and in this case, (width). Go wider with Chelsea would be my recommendation.
