The shoes are very light and very comfortable. It’s also very versatile as I can use it for work, and also pair it with shorts.

Nice looking good build, fit true to size, but I don’t think there is anything special about them , not sure the price is warranted.

Comfortable shoe on try on, not yet used , this is more for information regarding the Axis cobalt, as all the other shoes show leather or suede, this shoe has suede edges all the rest is a very slick nylon type material can’t find info on what it is.

I wanted to buy one… but it stops at size 13. At size 14, I cannot consider this a buy. A pity, because I have two older Amberjacks that were offered in size 14 and I love them.

Bought these for Paris...Amberjack introduced the Axis only a few weeks before I took a trip to France (Paris, and so much more) where I knew I'd be doing a fair amount of walking but also wanted to do so both comfortably and fashionably. They were all that, and definitely lighter than I'd expected, which I appreciated. As far as aesthetics go, they work well with both jeans and chinos/khaki-type pants.

I count myself fortunate for these being released when they were, as they were just the shoes I didn't realize I was looking for. To keep them in good shape, I wear them sparingly with an eye for use in future travels. They'll see Italy later this year for sure.

Wow! All I can say is this shoe is so comfortable and also stylish. It feels like I'm floating when I'm walking. I recently wore these on a work trip where I was on my feet for 10 hours and I had no cramps or pain at all! Definitely going to be my new everyday work and travel shoe!
