Love these shoes. They are more comfortable than the originals and they look nicer too so win win!

I love amberjacks. I have about 6 pairs that i cycle through at work. I wear suits all day so i need comfortable dress shoes and these just work perfectly. Highly recommend. They last too most importantly.

My fiance has to wear dress shoes to work and complained about it literally every day. On top of that… they were so ugly and I was over seeing them 😅 I saw these on instagram and thought they seemed like a good upgrade.

He was honestly shocked by how comfortable they are. Like, actually comfortable... not “dress shoe comfortable.” His old shoes went straight into the Goodwill pile.
I’m adding a pic from right out of the box, but he’s worn them a ton since and they’ve held up really well. Just a few small creases (to be expected) Overall, huge win for both of us.

Bought The Regent on Black Friday and just received it. I've owned an Original for the last year which I've liked, but the one qualm I've had about Amberjack is the outsole having a more atheltic look. So when I saw they dropped this shoe where the outsole doesn't have that athletic look, I pressed the buy button almost immediately! In terms of the shoe itself, it felt similar to the Original where my foot feels supported and comfortable. Shoe also looks great.

The shoe is fantastic. Comfortable, looks great, durable. I feel like the shape could look a little more formal. That's why I buy it for the rounded frown to make it look a little too informal for my taste. But that's a detail. I mean this quality at this price is a no brainer. Also it cuts both ways. It makes the shoe a lot more versatile.

But all all these qualities are just dwarfed by how competent and fast and responsive and to be honest extraordinary customer support is. Long story short there were some supply chain issues but they went bent over backwards to make sure I get the shoe wherever that was I needed it in a business setting. 15 out of 10 stars.

My 2nd pair of Amberjacks. They look great and are very comfortable.

Best dress shoes anywhere

The shoe is nice looking, a classic for men's suits. However, Amberjack's version is much lighter and more flexible than the true classics like Allan Edmonds or Florsheim. If it came in wide width I'd give it 5 stars as my left foot feels a little tight.

Great classic look. Definitely looks high end. Break in period takes 3 to 5 days but worth the initial discomfort. True to size. Comfortable after broken in.

Not a shiny shoe as I expected, sort of a natural black leather shoe,however very well made and fits my husband's feet perfectly. Attractive and comfortable.

I needed something dressy for my sore knees. I waited awhile because of a back order. However, customer service was great with my anxious inquiries. The shoes were all that I hoped for on arrival. As advertised my 91/2s were snug but very comfortable. After wearing for awhile they conformed to my feet and helped my suit and knees.

Great fit and very comfortable. One of the most comfortable work shoes I have ever had. Would highly recommend these shoes. I also got one of the brown pair, and they are the same.

Ridiculously comfortable shoes. I tried these and wolf and shepherd and both the quality and comfort are better with these.

They are good shoes. I wish they had a more angular profile and cut. As they are they are pretty generic from a style point of view.

They are comfortable but requiring some wearing in. The leather is a bit stiff when you first get the shoes. I agree with the description that they form to your foot and the insole is comfortable. They look good and I got multiple compliments the first time I wore them. Overall, I think they are worth the price and are very good quality but be ready to wear them in a bit when you receive them.
