How To Polish Your Leather Amberjacks
Instructions
Ensure leather is free of dust and dirt before applying. Using a clean cloth, apply the polish to the leather in a circular motion. Wipe lightly with a cloth to remove any excess. Slight discolorations after applying are natural and will dissipate within 24 hours.
I bought the leather polish as an add on for my Originals. I used it for the first time 3 months after wearing the Originals and made them look good as new!

Easiest polish I ever used. Just dab, then polish and let it cure then you are done.

The shoes are incredible and the company is great to deal with. I ordered two pair of shoes, same color but different styles, because I was unsure about fit. Both pair fit so well I would have kept both were they not the same color. Returning the pair I didn’t keep was a breeze and my account was credited rapidly. I also got a belt but got the wrong size. Customer service was quick to answer my question and we’ve got an exchange underway as this being typed. All of that is backed up by the fact that these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in years. They are extremely versatile and are noticeably well-made. Great job, Amberjack! This is my second pair and I love them.
I was hesitant on purchasing, but after reading reviews I pulled the trigger. I screwed up and ordered size 7 when I wear size 12. The day I received the size 7, I wrote an email because of the mistake. They answered my email in 3 minutes, sent me a return authorization and I dropped off the shoes at UPS office that afternoon. Replacement shoes were shipped the next day!
I tried size 14, 14W, and 15 and had the same issue with all sizes. Toe box height was not tall enough in any size. At first, I thought the regular 14 was the winner. I committed and wore them out, about two hours into the work day, I realized it was a mistake. Once my feet swelled a little, claustrophobia set in. I’ll probably take them down to Salvation Army in the next few weeks. Anyone need a size 14? The return process, super easy. Thanks for that!
Was searching another brand and this web site popped up. Really liked the look of the dress shoe and the construction of the soles. I have feet issues and have to have comfortable shoes. These fit perfect out of the box needed no break in. Very comfortable for my feet - which is not an easy test to pass.
The shoe is excellent. But I ordered size 10.5 and it measured actually 11.0. So I had to reorder a size 10.0 and it fit perfectly.
Look great, feel great. My 2nd pair and will be getting again in the future.
If Amberjack could be more clear on the process of how "Happy Returns" works. When I went to the local UPS store near me, I was told by the attendent that having just the Happy Returns code would not work. This created a problem when trying to correspond with Amberjack. It would have been much easier if Amberjack would've mentioned to use the operative phrase, "Happy Returns" to the UPS store attendant and all this could've been resolved without having to deal with waiting for a text from Amberjack. As far as everything else for the company Amberjack, all is great. Thanks again for all your help in getting some clearity where the break down was. It was the fault of the attendant at the local UPS store not knowing how to process a "Happy Returns" code. Also, it would've been a lot easier if I could've got access to QR code that had been generated already. Order# 1664827

I bought three pairs and was wearing one of them, but then I developed a noise when I walked. I reached out to the company since I am guessing the shoes are made the same, and they should have heard about my issue. They replied quickly and said they would send a new set of shoe liners, and if that didn't resolve the noise issue, they would replace the shoes. I thought, great. I am still waiting for the new liners to see if this resolves the noise issue.
